Familiarity with contract performance measurement, risk management, and change and claim management is important. You’ll possess strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills to earn professional respect at all levels, along with excellent analytical skills, particularly in SAP, CEMAR, and Excel.
  • A degree or extensive, strong work experience that demonstrates a successful track record in contract administration. Experience in a team-oriented commercial environment is essential. While not mandatory, experience in large-scale construction or the nuclear industry is highly desirable.
