Supply Chain & Logistics Manager for a fast-growing air-dried dog food company responsible for demand planning, inventory strategy, and global logistics oversight across the U.S., UK, and EU.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, or S&OP within CPG, food, or e-commerce environments.
Experience managing or mentoring logistics or supply chain team members.
Strong knowledge of cross-border logistics and food compliance, including INCOTERMS, ISF, HTS classification, FDA Prior Notice, FSVP, and EU regulations.
Experience working with Shopify, Amazon FBA, ShipStation, and 3PL partners.
Strong analytical and financial acumen with comfort analyzing margin and working capital impact.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
