Job Description

In the eBike Systems business unit, we develop innovative products and services that make eBiking even more fascinating - from highly efficient drive systems over the first series- produced ABS for pedelecs to smart connectivity solutions. For sustainable mobility that's fun.

• As an SAP Inhouse Consultant, you will be a process expert in the area of supply chain management for logistic processes with a focus on P2F (Plan-to-Fulfill) processes at eBike. Plan-to-Fulfill comprises requirements planning, checking and control, master data management, material and supply planning, and inventory management.
• You will be responsible for the conception and design of new supply chain processes by deriving and defining business requirements, documenting processes and performing tests with a strong focus on supply chain planning processes from demand planning to supplier planning - based on the previously developed economic feasibility evaluation.
• Furthermore, you will advise our business units, plants and suppliers with your technical process knowledge and manage and work on projects to optimize international logistics processes and systems as a technical manager. You will work closely with our IT service providers, internal and external stakeholders in IT (e.g. S/4 Hana) and innovation projects.
• You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of key user training courses worldwide.
• In addition, you will make an active contribution to a stable operating environment as the back office for our key users worldwide.
• Last but not least, you will represent eBike on Bosch-wide P2F process committees and derive strategic decisions for the eBike area. In doing so, you will engage in intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Education: completed university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable subject with focus on IT or logistics management
• Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in optimizing ERP systems, preferably with a focus on logistic processes; profound knowledge in process modeling and optimization; SAP knowledge in logistics modules; supply chain management knowledge; project management skills
• Personality and Working Practice: You are persuasive, able to cooperate, creative and have good argumentation and communication skills at all levels of the organisation
• Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German
