    Client's Cloud Operations Team is looking for a System Administrator, who will help us further develop in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. Are you energized by being part of a team that manages our Customer Cloud environments from A to Z together with the 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support staff?

    Your challenge

    • You'll be collaborating with our Cloud Operations Team on installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of systems, middleware and software.

    • You'll be responsible for the maintenance, growth and operational performance of our Customer Cloud environments, together with our team and our external partners.

    • Your goal is to assure performance and availability by allocating the available resources and keeping your cool in emergency situations.

    • Within our ticketing system you'll be able to research root causes of incidents, develop final solutions and engage in proactive problem management by analyzing trends or historical data.

    • You will be involved in the growing ambitions of the client, by defining the best strategy of deploying our global Cloud infrastructure assets.

    Our wishlist

    • You have experience as an all-round System Administrator. Trainings and certificates you obtained during your career are a plus.

    • You have a strong interest in and knowledge of the following technologies: Windows desktop/server environment, AWS (Azure is a plus), database services such as PostgreSQL & Oracle, Windows 365, Network- & firewall knowledge, and basic scripting skills in PowerShell and JavaScript.

    • Your dynamic nature ensures that you can keep up with technological evolutions and you are open to learn our application WHATSON which we manage for our different customers.

    • You are a flexible problem solver with an analytical mindset, and strong attention for detail, known as a goal-getter.

    • You are able to combine these skills with keen prioritization and time management in a Customer Operations working environment.

    • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Mastering other languages is a plus.
