Cronos Europa is seeking a System Administrator to maintain and review its IT systems' technical architecture, assisting with IT aspects of work related to data analysis and visualisation through GIS and statistical software.
Requirements
Very good knowledge of Server Operating systems Windows/Linux and Apache webserver
Good knowledge of Windows-based user environments, notably of Group Policies and registry settings management;
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365's applications management and administration
Good understanding of IT security matters
Works in team effectively and ready to represent the unit in technical IT meetings
Knowledge of programming languages, scripting languages such as like Python, Bash and Windows JScript/VBScript, SQL and procedural languages (in Oracle or PostgreSQL) is an advantage
Experience with HTML/Javascript (OpenLayers libraries) or developing interactive charts with the Highcharts library is an advantage
Experience with Amazon Cloud is an advantage
Basic experience with ESRI GIS mapping software or other GIS software or with statistical software such as R is an advantage
Knowledge of versioning tools (GIT, SVN, Gitlab) is an asset
Knowledge of DIGIT IT ecosystem and procedures is a definite asset Benefits
