We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team and support the Talent Acquisition Lead with attracting and sourcing top talent. You will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle from intake through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding handoff.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and shape sourcing and interview plans.
Design and execute sourcing strategies, including active headhunting, to build a consistent pipeline of quality candidates.
Screen resumes and applicant profiles, and manage shortlists through to interview stage.
Manage job postings and inbound applications across BambooHR and other job boards.
Assist with recruitment metrics reporting (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, quality-of-hire, etc) and flag trends proactively.
Maintain accurate candidate and hire data in BambooHR.
Apply and help refine internal hiring SOPs.
Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
Adhere to internal hiring and recruitment standard operating procedures.
Support with general HR Administrative tasks as and when required.
What You'll Bring
2–3 years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience — from intake through offer and onboarding handoff, not agency-side or sourcing-only.
Experience in technical and corporate recruiting within a fintech, banking, or financial services environment.
Hands-on sourcing experience (LinkedIn, sourcing platforms, direct outreach) — not just managing inbound applications.
Proficiency with an ATS/HRIS (BambooHR or similar) for pipeline tracking and reporting.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to partner directly with hiring managers to shape search criteria and manage multiple open roles at once.
What Would Make You Stand Out
Experience recruiting across multiple African markets or within a multi-country, multi-jurisdiction organization.
Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing tools (e.g., Claude, Juicebox, Metaview, or similar).
Exposure to the crypto, stablecoin, fintech, or payments space specifically.
Experience contributing to employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives.
