Requirements
Working as main or only recruiter in a tech startup (less than 50 people)
Worked remotely for the last few years
Reported directly to executive or founder
Proficiency with any ATS
Strong experience with sourcing and hunting (inbound and outbound)
Plus
Worked in gaming industry
Familiar with board games, specifically Settlers of Catan
