  • Responsible for screening; to selection, salary proposal and on-boarding in an efficient and professional
  • Build a candidate pool who are potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management and be able to recruit passive candidates and build good recruitment pipeline
  • Work closely with management and Talent Acquisition to get to know the responsibilities and qualification


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Has experience minimum in 2 years as technology recruiter
  • Expert to recruit Engineering & Product team for Senior Level
  • Experience to hire Engineer with Golang tech stack
  • Understanding of full cycle recruitment process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
