Position Overview:
As a Talent Partner Manager, you'll hold a pivotal leadership role, steering a team of Talent Partners towards excellence in managing client accounts and candidate pipelines. Your mission will be to amplify the capabilities and effectiveness of your team, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to meet the dynamic needs of our business. This position is focused on harnessing your leadership abilities to uplift and inspire your team towards achieving collective goals rather than executing as an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of Talent Partners, empowering them to excel in client leadership and candidate experience.
  • Performance Accountability: Set clear performance expectations and metrics for the team, holding them accountable for results while providing support and guidance to ensure success.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish processes and drive operational efficiencies that ensure the team’s strategies are aligned with company goals.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue through successful placements, leveraging team strengths and resources to exceed targets and deliver exceptional talent to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Talent Development: Invest in the professional development of team members, providing coaching, training, and opportunities for growth to enhance individual and collective capabilities.

  • Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious goals, with a focus on fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Agency and Industry Experience: Extensive experience in agency recruiting, combined with a background in either big tech or startup environments, providing valuable insights and perspectives to drive success.
  • Results-Driven Mentality: Proven track record of driving revenue and exceeding performance targets in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Operational Mindset: Experience establishing and refining processes focused on operational efficiencies while aligning team efforts to organizational goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Team Focused: Passion for developing talent and supporting the growth and success of team members through mentorship, coaching, and empowerment.
The expected total compensation range for this role is $140,000-200,000. This role is eligible for significant commission.
