<h3>Required experience and skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>Practical experience with CRM tools such as SalesForce, Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, or others;</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills;</li>
<li>Analytical mindset, with data-driven decision-making;</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;</li>
<li>Proficiency in test analysis based on statistical significance;</li>
<li>Strong writing skills and knowledge of CRO for email, push notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS;</li>
<li>Proactive in suggesting improvements to day-to-day processes and new initiatives to achieve results;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>A Plus </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working at fintechs or companies in the financial market—and e-commerce or retail companies;</li>
<li>Plus—Experience with the Customer.io Platform: Automation, Data, Content Creation.</li>

<h3>In your day-to-day work, we will empower you to:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Liaise with stakeholders to understand and prioritize demands;</li>
<li>Develop briefings for the creation and validation of communications;</li>
<li>Implement the strategy in the campaign management tool;</li>
<li>Organize tests to validate hypotheses;</li>
<li>Manage the backlog and prioritize tasks;</li>
<li>Analyze results and suggest improvements based on data;</li>
<li>Set up campaign mechanics;</li>
<li>Adhere to the seasonal campaign calendar;</li>
<li>Draft ad-hoc communications.</li>
</ul>
