About the position:

This is a position for our Full-Stack Backend Talent Pool. This means that when a permanent opening arises, we will first look to the Talent Pool and reach out to those who have been pre-approved.

With the Talent Pool, there are no deadlines between stages, but as you progress, you become more likely to be contacted and invited for interviews, in addition to being pre-approved to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to the ideation, planning, and development phases of our clients’ products, providing insights and ideas to improve and innovate technological solutions;
• Participate in discussions about the technologies to be used in projects, offering critical evaluations and suggestions to ensure the selection of the best tools and technological approaches for each situation;
• Create API endpoints that will be used by our Web and Mobile teams;
• Understand the tools you use in a DevOps context, and be able, in problematic situations, to develop consistent logical reasoning to investigate and resolve the issue;
• Willingness to help and share knowledge;
• Be a curious person and be willing to take risks with new technologies.
  

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience building APIs in NodeJS with TypeScript;

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases;

• Experience with unit and integration testing;

• Experience with Docker;

• Experience with CI/CD.

Pluses:

• Knowledge of Kubernetes;

• Experience with asynchronous processing, scheduled flows, and queued flows;

• Experience with monitoring, performance analysis, and troubleshooting to optimize application health and performance;

• Proficiency in English.
