Source CEO-level talent across Eastern Europe
Identify and assess relevant executive profiles
Manage and maintain the CEO talent pipeline
Support the selection process
Conduct candidate screening and interviews
Maintain structured candidate information and follow-up
Requirements
Master’s degree in Psychology (mandatory)
Fluent English (mandatory)
Based in Poland
Strong interest in talent identification and executive recruitment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
