Requirements
5+ years of sourcing experience in a high-growth startup or technical recruiting context
Active use of AI tools in sourcing workflow
Strong written communication
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
Self-sufficiency and organization
Sourcing experience for AI, infrastructure, or developer tooling companies
Familiarity with US and/or Australian talent markets Benefits
