ABOUT THE ROLE
As a fast-growing startup focused on revolutionizing healthcare, we’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Talent Strategy & Operations Lead. You’ll have a passion for the People function, even if you have no experience in it.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- You'll lead initiatives across the People Department to enhance operational efficiency and improve People team performance, process, and tools.
- You’ll own our People systems, data, and analytics, managing the technical infrastructure of the HR function.
- You’ll own multiple projects and processes along the employee lifecycle concurrently, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising the quality of the work, including effective communication and risk mitigation.
- You'll work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute data-driven operational enhancements and strategy in the People department.
- Areas you’ll focus on are HR, Credentialing and Recruiting operations, process optimization, project management, systems design, and data analytics.
- You'll work in a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and be encouraged to innovate and drive agility in our processes and procedures.
Here's who you'll work with and report to:
- This role reports directly to the Director of Talent Strategy & Operations on the People team.
- You'll receive guidance, feedback, and mentorship from your People leadership, as well as work in a collaborative and supportive environment with other teammates.
ABOUT YOU
We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:
- 2+ years of proven, successful experience in top-tier management consulting firm;
Or 3+ years working in a top-tier business operations unit - Demonstrated experience driving operational initiatives and supporting change management
- Proven track record of being highly action-oriented, consistently driving projects forward with initiative and solution-driven
- Exposure and experience with data structures and systems architecture

What technical skills you’ll need:
- Problem-solving: Great at identifying issues, analyzing potential causes, and implementing effective solutions to resolve them.
- Systems thinking: Deeply understands the interconnectedness of components within a whole, especially data systems and operational processes, and adapts strategies dynamically to solve complex problems in these systems effectively.
- Analytics: Have comfort with different data structures; and have a robust ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and present data relevant to the organization's operations. This includes the ability to make sound decisions based on these analyses.
Healthcare experience is not required
COMPENSATION RANGE
$110,000 - $120,000 plus benefits based upon experience, expertise, and market location
