TECHNICAL ADVISOR – TRAINING & QUALITY (M/F/D)

<ul>
Processing internal employee inquiries and quality-related customer feedback
Documenting and compiling quality-relevant aspects from workflows, internal feedback, and customer feedback
Collaboration with relevant internal departments as needed to address inquiries
Compilation of technical information for internal distribution to support and specialist departments
Design, planning, and delivery of training courses (or refresher courses) using Moodle
Preparation and presentation of training content, including the creation and adaptation of training materials
Assessment of learning progress and use of practical examples for applying knowledge
#Wanted
- Strong technical knowledge in the areas of web hosting, domains, and vServers
- Experience in designing and conducting technical training sessions or workshops
- Ability to convey technical content in a way that is tailored to the target audience, understandable, and practical
- Experience with training or e-learning tools (e.g., Moodle)
- A patient, structured, and quality-oriented approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Experience with Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence) is a plus
- Creativity and adaptability in designing and implementing training content
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
