About The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of technical assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring UX/UI best practices and brand/messaging consistency across the organization
- Collaborate with our Project, Education, and Certification teams to understand their technical requirements, objectives, and constraints. Translate their needs into clear technical specifications and project plans.
- Work closely with our Communications team to provide clear timelines, on-brand wireframes and designs
- Oversee the execution of the technical aspect of projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Apply technical expertise to drive innovation and efficiency in project execution.
- Implement quality assurance processes and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical assets that meet or exceed expectations.

- Google Suite (Including Google Analytics)
- DOMO for advanced data analytics
- UX/UI tools like Hotjar
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
In the Technical Lead role, you will demonstrate:- Subject matter expertise: Has proficient expertise in the technical asset deployment process.
- Project management skills: Must have advanced project management skills with strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Content creation: Consistently, identifies appropriate format and independently, delivers content within core knowledge areas.
- Independently identifies opportunities for new formats and content as appropriate
- Strategic planning: Should be proficient in strategically planning multiple project activities. Should have the ability to anticipate and plan for future opportunities and needs, and be able to contribute ideas to higher-level strategic planning.
- Communication skills: Must have advanced skills in speaking, holding productive discussions, and problem-solving across multiple internal/external groups.
- Leadership: Advanced informal leadership e.g. Proactively builds informal partnerships with colleagues to enable knowledge sharing and acts as a model for the team.
- Experience in our specific Tech Stack a plus
- Passion for delivering high-quality work with a sense of urgency
- Possess a unique skill blend of organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive
- Proven success in:
- Building relationships with various internal and external constituents
- Planning, managing, and analyzing data from google analytics and hotjar on published assets, many of which are being promoted simultaneously
- At least 8+ years of web development experience (work in healthcare is preferred, not required)
- Higher degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/bootcamp training with references
