Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with a strong background in building loyalty products or similar expertise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer engagement strategies and possess the creativity and vision to develop groundbreaking loyalty solutions. Experience with web3/blockchain products is a big plus but not required. A solid background in building B2B SaaS products is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle for core loyalty products, including conceptualization, design, development, launch, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Conduct extensive market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for innovation in the loyalty space.
  • Develop creative and innovative loyalty solutions that enhance customer engagement and retention. Think outside the box to introduce unique features and experiences that set our products apart.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with company goals, market demands, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Define detailed product requirements, create compelling user stories, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the most impactful features are developed first.
  • Lead product launches, including coordinating with marketing on go-to-market strategies, creating launch plans and timelines, and ensuring successful execution.
  • Monitor product performance through metrics and user feedback, and continuously iterate on features to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, particularly in the loyalty and web3/blockchain spaces, and leverage this knowledge to drive product innovation.

Requirements

What It Takes To Be Successful

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on loyalty products or similar customer engagement solutions.
  • Proven success in launching and managing products that significantly improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative loyalty solutions that captivate users and drive engagement.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with web3/blockchain technologies is a big plus but not required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience building B2B SaaS products is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $105,000 - $135,000. While we believe competitive compensation is a critical aspect of you deciding to join us, we do hope you spend some time considering the exciting work we are doing.
