Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager. As a Technical Program Manager at Voltrondata, you will work alongside the directors of engineering, their engineering managers and product managers to establish and execute various technical programs. You will help drive company strategy, align teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver on multiple complex projects. Do you have experience working through all the phases of a technical programs lifecycle? Required work experience:

  • Strong aptitude and understanding of the technical aspects and capabilities of data analytics technologies (software, hardware, and cloud)
  • 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience directing various technical programs
  • Proven track record of coordinating several interrelated technical projects across many teams within a organization
  • Proficient in communicating complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical members of teams
  • Experience influencing product and engineering roadmaps by developing relationships with product teams
  • 3+ years experience working with and directing geographically dispersed, diverse, and virtual teams.
  • Experience in developing and deploying programs that would actually result in success and create measurable impact

US Compensation - The salary range for this role is between $145,000.00 to 190,000.00. We have a global market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the exact base pay will vary based on factors such as actual work location, skills and experience of the candidate. This position is also eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards.
