We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our EMEA team and support full-cycle hiring of roles primarily within our Product and Innovation departments.

You will participate in an environment that values collaboration and will play an essential role in our service-oriented culture. We are focused on a personalised approach for candidates and our internal hiring managers. Our Talent Acquisition team has a reputation for providing exceptional candidate care and we are looking for someone to uphold those values.

You will report to the Sr. Manager, Recruiting based in Scotland, and can work from our London office or remotely within the UK.

You Will:

  • Manage a full-cycle recruiting process with a primary focus on hiring technical talent at all levels (entry-level through leadership) across Smartsheet’s EMEA locations
  • Build and execute a developed hiring strategy
  • Partner with and advise hiring managers and hiring teams
  • Develop a network of candidates through passive and active sourcing and ongoing relationship management
  • Participate in special events, such as recruiting events, career fairs, conferences, networking events, and others
  • Participate in internal Smartsheet projects
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

You Have:

  • 2+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of complex roles
  • Success in hiring a combination of evergreen and single-threaded roles
  • Experience partnering with and advising managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
  • Experience prioritising multiple searches, projects, and relationships
  • Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
  • The ability to scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the talent Acquisition team
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.K. on an ongoing basis
