As a Technical Support Analyst, you will report to the Technology Organization. The Support Analyst (SA) is the crucial step in ensuring that our Remote Posting Scripting and our API solutions ,are running smoothly and optimally. The SA will function as a pivotal role, in monitoring, coordinating, reviewing, and coming up with new solutions and ideas to help streamline the process.

You'll have opportunity to:

  • Monitor production Dashboards, Queues, Devices, and Reports
  • Resolve stopped or hung programs/devices/ or reporting connection or technical issues to the appropriate teams
  • Identify areas for improvement and modification in existing monitoring programs• Resolving and suggesting areas for expanded reporting or automation to fine tune our output to more quickly resolve issues.
  • Provide accurate and valuable information to developers on status and issues they are seeing, and documenting steps taken or how often a given issue happens, to help prioritize

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years related experience in a support role, utilizing .NET technologies
  • Experienced in runtime errors and messages to properly route issues
  • Previous experience working in an Agile environment
