Job Description:

We are looking for people to join our established and high-performing Support team as we expand our services and hours to better assist our global clients. As we grow into the US and EU markets, we want our clients to benefit from a wider range of support availability, so this role will be dedicated to the late shift (2pm -10pm GMT). You will be providing a bespoke and comprehensive support experience via email and phone to our clients, all of whom are large enterprise, high value businesses such as Corporate Banks, Magic Circle Law firms, automotive companies and government bodies.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of high quality support on a range of support requests and technical incidents across the Eventogy client base
  • Exceed customers’ expectations whilst ensuring SLA’s are met for time to respond and resolve, acting as an ambassador for Eventogy and maintaining the excellent relationships we have already established with our clients
  • Application troubleshooting - asking targeted questions, applying accurate troubleshooting and communicating effectively and clearly
  • Understanding the clients’ requirements, pain points and objectives, in order to provide the best possible solution and support
  • Run training workshops, create useful guides or content for the Help Centre and guide clients in how they can get the best out of Eventogy

Requirements

What do we expect from the ideal candidate?

  • Exceptional client service skills with a focus on building strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in using event management software or similar feature-rich, complex software
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with a clearly defined English language skill set; any other second language welcome
  • Highly process orientated with a technical background; understanding of Operating Systems, browser support, IT support, HTML etc
  • Confident at answering phone calls and emails, assisting solving business stakeholders technical problems and leading training sessions with new client users
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Available to work shift hours: we are looking for candidates who are either available to work 7am-3pm or 2pm-10pm
  • Option to be fully remote, or hybrid working available at Eventogy offices in Farringdon, London
