Title: Technology Architecture Intern — Corporate AI Platform (Open)

Location: Remote, hybrid, or in-person at the Rimouski office

Duration: September 8 to December 18, 2026

Under the supervision of an expert in software development and AI, you’ll have the rare opportunity to participate in a strategic project that will shape how our organization leverages artificial intelligence in its products and services. Your responsibilities:

• Help define the reference architecture for PG Solutions’ corporate AI foundation;

• Evaluate and compare key technologies (LLM, orchestration, vector storage, APIs, etc.) in line with our AI-first vision;

• Design and build a functional prototype to validate the selected architectural concepts;

• Produce documented, clear, and reusable deliverables for the internal team;

• Propose a technical roadmap to accelerate the deployment of future AI solutions and assistants;

• Actively collaborate with the team in a spirit of openness and knowledge-sharing.

Desired Profile:

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and machine learning (LLM, RAG, AI agents, etc.);

• Ability to design or analyze software architectures (microservices, REST APIs, cloud);

• Familiarity with Python environments and common AI ecosystems (LangChain, OpenAI, HuggingFace, or equivalents);

• Comfortable with version control tools (Git) and technical documentation.

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to analyze technology options, formulate clear recommendations, and document your conclusions in a structured manner.

Teamwork:

• Comfortable communicating your ideas and receiving feedback;

• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the team;

• Open-mindedness and a willingness to share what you’ve learned.

Curiosity and Proactivity:

• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and modern architectures;

• Motivation to contribute to something tangible and impactful;

• Resourcefulness, initiative, and a desire to learn by doing.
