H2 Performance Consulting is seeking a Test & Evaluation Analyst to support the Program Management Support for the Navy’s Manpower,Personnel, Training, and Education initiatives for implementation of Navy personnel and pay | ERP system. H2 is seeking an experienced analyst to prepare and/or review technical programmatic T&E documentation (i.e. T&E planning and strategies, T&E Master Plans, Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports, Requirements Traceability Matrixes, Technical Review Plans, and Summary Reports), develop formal correspondence and work with DoD field activities, Integrated Product Teams, Technical Teams, and various vendors.
Requirements
The Test and Evaluation Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Develop test plans to address specifications and requirements.
- Make recommendations based on test results.
- Perform developmental testing on systems under development.
- Perform interoperability testing on systems exchanging electronic information with other systems.
- Perform operational testing.
- Record and manage test data.
- Validate specifications and requirements for testability.
- Development of procedural workflows.
- Performance and documentation of testing and validation activities.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Clearance: Minimum SECRET clearance
- Education: Bachelor’ degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied sciences or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology.
- Certification: None
- Experience: 10 years of relative testing and evaluation experience with preferred SAP or PeopleSoft experience.
