Has transitioned services from an incumbent provider
Has introduced new operating models and implemented new capabilities during transition
Has participated in service modernization — not simply lifted and shifted
Has delivered measurable transformation (note: modern transitions almost always include a transformation component)

You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 8+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
