Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Interact with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel preferences, answer inquiries, and provide assistance in planning their trips.
2. Travel Planning: Collaborate with clients to design custom itineraries, select accommodations, book flights, and arrange transportation to create unforgettable travel experiences.
3. Destination Knowledge: Continuously expand your knowledge of travel destinations, including popular tourist spots, off-the-beaten-path gems, and travel regulations.
4. Sales and Booking: Assist clients in making reservations, managing bookings, and offering tailored travel packages that meet their needs and budget.
5. Problem Solving: Resolve client issues, make itinerary adjustments, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their journey.
Requirements:
- A passion for travel and a strong desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and online travel booking tools.
