Our platform and services help leading brands from Cadbury to Clarins to Estee Lauder engage their audiences through social and online media to create highly targeted product sampling campaigns in Europe, the US and APAC.
Our end-to-end product sampling solutions drive loyalty and engagement whilst helping brands acquire rich first party data and product reviews. As one of our first US-based hires you’ll be working with our UK team to deliver US campaigns and nurturing & growing our US clients.
Requirements
About you:
This is an exciting opportunity in a fast-growing ad-tech company, with massive opportunity for progression. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a background (and a keen interest in) digital marketing services and technology to join our growing team working with some of the hottest brands in beauty & cosmetics. You will be super organised, self-motivated and keen on working under your own direction. As an Account Manager you will be able to think on your feet and adapt to a range of different people. You will be confident and comfortable to proactively pitch, prospect and sell-in.
You will be able to demonstrate 3+ years of successfully sourcing, growing and retaining customers, overseeing delivery and negotiating contracts. You will be one of the first sets of boots on the ground in the US, so this is a massive opportunity to build and shape the new team over the following 12-24 months.
Responsibilities:
- Pitching, prospecting and selling in as well as overseeing the successful delivery of campaigns to deadlines and generating repeat business
- Managing the briefing process to capture project requirements, brief into our delivery team and complete the sign-off process
- Building strong relationships and widening our stakeholder footprint within client organisations
- Generating referrals from your contacts to introduce our services to other brands / markets within their organisations
- Creating post campaign analysis reports and presenting results and findings to key stakeholders
- Managing responses to new briefs, creating proposals and quotes, and negotiating costs and terms
- Problem solving and issue resolution to deal with challenges that may arise throughout campaigns
- Creating, maintaining and actioning account development plans
