Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in user-centered design fundamentals for a SaaS B2B company.
- A design portfolio that showcases the strength of your design acumen, your command of product decisions, and their customer impact.
- UX, Mobile, Interaction, Interface, & Visual Design experience.
- Design & prototyping software experience (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience with experience using Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication, and storytelling skills
- Full-stack design: a foundation in every stage of the product design process, from research and interviews to wireframes, prototypes, and front-end development.
- Experience with field service products is a plus.
