As a UX/UI Designer Intern at FutureSight, you will collaborate with our studio team on various client projects and new startup initiatives. Our fast-paced, iterative design process demands an ambitious designer with advanced UX/UI experience. We value a "Let's roll up our sleeves and get it done" attitude, and seek someone with energy, passion, and a proactive approach. Strong engagement and communication skills are essential. Once you demonstrate proficiency in our environment and design process, you'll be able to lead projects independently from start to finish.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces
Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
Help create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of design concepts and strategies
Assist in maintaining and updating design systems and style guides
Support the preparation and presentation of design proposals to stakeholders
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and best practices
Participate in team meetings and provide valuable input and feedback
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and design methodologies
Deliver and receive feedback effectively
Establish design guidelines and best practices for usability
Support other team members
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
A strong eye for detail and high organizational skills
Confidence in attending virtual video events/meetings
Proficiency in ChatGPT and similar generative AI tools
Familiarity with creative AI tools such as DALL-E, Midjourney, or similar systems for design
HTML or coding knowledge
Polish language knowledge
Interest in UX research
Experience with WordPress and Elementor
