Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Vacation Rental Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vacation rental properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our guests and maintaining the efficiency and functionality of our properties.
IMPORTANT:
This job requires that you work:
Friday-Monday
7am to 7pm with two 30 minute breaks and a one-hour lunch break. (not paid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Send guests check-in codes and messages promptly to facilitate smooth arrivals.
- Respond to guest inquiries and questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer phones and address guest concerns or issues as they arise.
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and managing financial records.
- Conduct data entry to update guest information, reservations, and property details accurately.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English language skills at either C1 or native level is required
- English Resume is required
- Critical thinking skills that can decide what types of problems require immediate repair and which ones can be scheduled to get fixed.
- Tech savvy. You will be working with 8-10 different software platforms everyday.
- Naturally Cheerful. If you aren't pleasant to talk to or if people aren't your favorite don't worry you aren't alone! unfortunately this job won't be a good fit.
- Reliable. If you aren't ultra reliable this job won't be a good fit.
- Bookkeeping/accountant style personality. This job requires that you have a high level of attention to detail. There are a lot of things that need to be done with every guest in a specific order.
- Reliable Internet/Electricity. This job requires the ability to be online the entire shift, there is no offline work. If you can't answer the phone for instance that is a big deal.
