Behind every order is a network of 80+ production partners responsible for printing and shipping custom apparel to our customers. Our Printer Relationship Team ensures those printers/vendors consistently deliver high-quality products on time while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

As a Printer Relationships Management Associate (what we call the role internally), you'll own relationships with a portfolio of printers/vendors across the United States. You'll work closely with printers to ensure every order moves through production successfully. No two days are the same here. One day you'll be solving a production issue with a printer, and the next you'll be coordinating inventory, helping recover a delayed order, improving a process, or working with Tech to eliminate manual work.
Your success will be measured by your ability to drive top performance from your portfolio of printers by building strong relationships, reducing operational issues, and continuously improving how we work.

This is not a transactional support role that focuses merely on tickets and response times. Success comes from building long-term partnerships with printers, proactively identifying risks, and continuously improving operational performance.
Job Location: Work From Home / Remote
Working Hours: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday
Monthly Salary: Between $550 to $700 base (depending on experience) + $80 night shift allowance
