Position Overview

innovaTel’s Business Development Associates are on the front line of our company’s mission to improve access to care. The Vice President, Growth Strategy is responsible for managing the Business Development team and guiding them through building pipelines and closing sales. This individual will be expected to be a hands-on people manager while also expertly shepherding contacts through the process of qualification and building engagement and excitement around the promise of telepsychiatry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all telepsych sales team members
  • Construct a prospective sales pipeline, allocating prospects and leads across the sales department
  • Serve as a liaison between the business development and sales and marketing departments.
  • Lead the business development team to success and foster growth
  • Convey important attributes of innovaTel’s value proposition to prospect on their terms
  • This position will have an individual quarterly and annual quota in addition to leading the team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10 years of sales management experience
  • Proven sales experience
  • Experience selling into health systems, CMHCs, and CCBHCs
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally to craft the sales solution to meet the needs of clients and Quartet
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • High energy with a strong internal motivation to succeed
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as HubSpot & Sales Force
  • Positive Attitude and the ability to follow and execute on a plan
  • Ability to call/cold call prospects and conduct video conference meetings
