Requirements
2-4 years of experience creating and producing educational or instructional video content for SaaS or technology products.
Comfortable producing in rapid release cycles, creating multiple videos each week, and adaptable when priorities shift or new content needs emerge.
Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts through engaging, visual storytelling.
Proficiency with tools such as Loom, Adobe Premiere, ScreenStudio, or similar platforms for video capture, editing, and collaboration.
Experience leveraging AI-driven tools to expedite video creation and maintain high output quality.
Strong creative and technical editing skills (voiceover, pacing, visual clarity, audio balance).
Deep understanding of instructional design principles and how to translate them into video.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously in a fast-moving startup environment.
Collaborative mindset with experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
