VIP Corporate Travel Support – Sabre – Remote

As a key member of the VIP Corporate Travel Team within our Eastern/West Region, the VIP Support will be responsible for Support of the VIP Corporate Travel Team for the East/West Regional offices. This role will work closely with the entire VIP operations team and report to the VIP Manager.

Expedition Expectations

  • Daily processing of VIP reconfirmations for Sabre reservations
  • Monitor and work Schedule Change queues
  • Monitor and work Error queues for online reservations
  • Support proactive flight monitoring process
  • Assisting with Hotel vpay/prepays/Direct bills
  • Process tickets with unused credits/anyone tickets for all applicable OBT bookings
  • Charge after hours fees daily
  • Charge missed service fees from daily report
  • Research and diagnose of issues or questions from customers or co-workers
  • Back-up for the Ontrack process/queues
  • Process pay seats as requested by staff
  • Handle simple reservations requests received in general email box
  • Practice phone/communication skills in prep for joining the agent call rotation
  • Ensures compliance of a client’s travel policy while utilizing DT preferred vendors to maximize profit
  • Adheres to DT standards in delivering customer service including telephone and email etiquette, and follows prescribed customer service escalation procedure
  • Follows company standards regarding procedures, utilization of tools, productivity, accuracy of work, and attendance
  • Attends staff and training meetings for ongoing updates in travel industry and office procedures which may require you to work in the office if home based
  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative working environment

Passport to Success

  • Minimum five years of corporate consultant experience
  • Must demonstrate industry knowledge
  • Proficiency in Sabre GDS (min. of five years)
  • Ability to meet and exceed required performance standards
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum knowledge of Outlook skills and basic Microsoft platforms
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
