Job Description

We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with client via phone a few times a week (as needed)
  • Input clients into the scheduler with rate, designer, etc.
  • Assist with various personal needs (amazon returns, appointments, etc.)
  • Manage purchase orders (will work up to this)
  • Confirm appointments and purchases with clients
  • Manage to-do lists
  • Manage various projects in MillaNote
  • Manage referral program
  • Create email templates
  • Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed

Requirements

  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant (a plus)
  • Experience in corporate (a plus)
  • Professional
  • Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
  • Someone who likes to create structure
  • Good grammar and ability to write
  • Intuitively organized
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-starter
  • 10-15 hours per week (may increase depending on workload)
  • Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone (preferred)
