AO South is excited to announce a job opening for a Remote Enrollment Agent. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who are eager to kick-start their careers while working from the comfort of their own homes. Fully remote, this role provides not only flexibility but also extensive training to ensure you are well-prepared to meet the challenges and responsibilities of the job.

As a Remote Enrollment Agent, you will have the unique opportunity to support and enhance the lives of veterans, labor union members, and their families. This position aims to deliver critical information and assistance concerning various benefits programs, tailored specifically to our veterans. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily phone calls to our extensive member database.
  • Determine the financial requirements of our members and explain the significance and advantages of additional benefits products.
  • Deliver top-notch customer support and ensure member retention.
  • Keep in touch with members during the application procedure, giving them updates, addressing any issues or queries, and providing assistance when necessary.
  • Offer continuous assistance once their policies are active, such as policy evaluations, beneficiary modifications, and help with claims.
  • Follow all legal regulations and ethical guidelines related to selling and managing life insurance policies.

Requirements

  • Communicate well in writing and speaking.
  • Know how to use computers.
  • Good at organizing and managing time.
  • Motivated and pays attention to details.
  • Preferably have experience in sales.
  • Can get a Life Insurance License.
  • Competitive in sales.
  • Great at solving problems and thinking critically.
  • Can work alone or with a team.
  • Open to coaching and using feedback.
