Virtual Math Educator (CA Certified)

- Role: High School Integrated Math 1 & 2
- Fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity.
- Daily Rate: $200; rates are negotiable and subject to change.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Monday: 1 PM to 3 PM PST (Staff Meeting and Math Support Hour)
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM to 1:45 PM PST
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM to 3 PM PST (PLC time from 2-3 PM)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.
As a Fullmind educator, you will:
- Access our educator portal to select the jobs you take on
- Teach the school's curriculum on the district's virtual platform
- Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum
- Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment
- Engage and nurture student learning through thoughtful, relationship-focused strategies
- Track student grades and performance
- Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings
- Partner with the in-class facilitator physically present with students
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and hold an active California Moderate to Severe teaching certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
- Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
- Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration + submit a background check as part of the application process.
- Prior online teaching experience is a plus!
