We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant with proven experience handling PNS Reports to support med-legal workflows in Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury cases.
This role focuses on coordinating diagnostic documentation, ensuring report accuracy, and maintaining organized workflows that support providers, attorneys, and insurance stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
PNS Report Management: Review, organize, and track PNS reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing
Documentation Review: Verify medical records include all required clinical, diagnostic, and case-related details
Diagnostic Coordination: Manage and organize supporting diagnostic testing documentation (e.g., NCS, EMG)
Work Comp / PI Support: Maintain organized case files, upload documents to EMR, and follow up on missing items
Workflow Tracking: Monitor report status, timelines, and ensure smooth case progression
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, labeling, and communication using EMR and VoIP systems Requirements
Proven experience working with PNS Reports
Experience with Workers’ Compensation or Personal Injury documentation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow structured workflows and processes
Highly organized and process-driven Please note this is a full-time contractor role (40 hours per week) with a pay rate of $7–$8 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
