We are seeking a highly qualified School Counselor who is dedicated to fostering the social, emotional, and academic development of every student! At ACCEL Schools, we leverage a cutting-edge 21st-century support framework, delivering comprehensive counseling services through innovative online platforms and traditional outreach methods to ensure no student navigates their journey alone.
The School Counselor supports overall student success by partnering with staff members and families to inform student specific academic programming, create and maintain graduation and career plans, and provide proactive and preventative services.

The annual starting salary for this full-time exempt position is between $57,000 – $70,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
We offer the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, 10 paid holidays annually.
Paid Time Off: Paid Time Off to cover sick, vacation, and personal absences.
