About the role

We are seeking a bold, visionary, and results-driven VP of Marketing to reimagine and elevate our brand and marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of SaaS products.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of media through AI-powered solutions. You will drive measurable outcomes that align with our business goals, and drive a team of product marketers to ensure company alignment on how our solutions are positioned, communicated, and delivered to the market. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic vision and tactical execution, with a proven ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that deliver value, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales outcomes. This role requires a strategic leader who thrives on collaboration, fosters creativity, and excels in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives.

What you'll do

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy that strengthens Futuri’s market presence. Ensure consistency in our brand messaging and visuals across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Lead initiatives to promote awareness and differentiation in competitive markets. Act as a key advocate for Futuri in the industries we serve, building relationships and positioning the company as a thought leader.
  • Identify and prioritize industry events, conferences, and forums where Futuri should have a presence.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging marketing trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Sales Enablement

  • Partner with sales leaders to co-create tools, resources, and campaigns that directly impact sales performance and pipeline acceleration.
  • Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value accounts to drive revenue and deepen customer engagement.
  • Leverage customer insights and analytics to ensure campaigns are tailored to audience needs and sales objectives.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team across multiple business units to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with customer success and product teams to design campaigns that drive product adoption, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product development to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies.

Campaign Development and Execution

  • Design and execute lead generation strategies that attract, engage, and convert prospective customers.
  • Leverage digital marketing, content creation, and targeted campaigns to drive high-quality leads to the sales team.
  • Monitor and optimize lead generation efforts through detailed analytics and performance metrics to maximize impact.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

Performance Metrics and Reporting

  • Develop KPIs that link marketing performance directly to business outcomes, presenting insights and recommendations to executive leadership regularly.
  • Meet with and provide regular performance updates to executive leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to maximize impact across campaigns, lead generation, and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead bold, strategic initiatives that disrupt markets and drive significant growth.
  • 8+ years in marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies backed by data and analytics to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in creating innovative marketing strategies that deliver value and enhance brand visibility.
  • Proficiency in marketing technologies such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics platforms.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, digital marketing principles, and lead generation best practices.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire internal teams and external audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
