About the Job:

With some exciting plans for 2024, we are looking for an energetic VP of Sales to join our team and lead the next stage of our company's growth in the US. Our ARR is currently $14.6M.

As our new VP Sales, you will be creating a world-class sales function at Displayr. With a team of 5 AE's reporting into you, the primary responsibilities of the role are to:

  • Accelerate ARR growth.
  • Coach, develop, and scale the sales team.
  • Create clear expectations for the sales team regarding performance, in terms of activities, outcomes, and the use of Salesforce.
  • Accurately predict performance in future quarters.
  • Identify the appropriate investments required to accelerate growth.
  • Improve processes.

About You:

Essential

You have proven success in:

  • Experience selling market research, statistics, machine learning, data science or business intelligence software (or selling in a market research company).
  • Significant SaaS sales leadership experience.
  • Being a hands-on hunter in the last 3 years, in an environment where AE's need to source their own leads.
  • Using data to coach your team and to identify the best ways to accelerate sales growth.
  • Mentoring, coaching and leading teams to succeed.

You also must be based in the United States with full working rights.

Desirable

  • Scaling a team, doubling its ARR in less than 3 years.
  • Closing deals in the range of $2K to $30K.
  • Successfully managing at least 2 AE's that routinely meet their quota.
  • Managing a team where the team's ARR was $2M+.
  • Account expansion.
  • Marketing lead generation
  • Outbound/BDR/SDR
  • Enterprise sales
