We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Lean practitioner to serve as Pole Warranty Leader within the Americas Services Organization. In this role, you will lead an experienced team of Warranty Engineers responsible for end-to-end resolution of customer warranty claims associated with New Unit equipment contracts across the region. Partnering closely with the Global HDNU Warranty Leader, you will drive regional adoption of the Global Warranty Governance Framework and support timely punch list item closure. Through strong cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders across Project Management, OFS, Engineering, Quality, GSC, ITO and Finance, you will help improve customer satisfaction, reduce warranty cost exposure and enhance operational performance.

Roles and Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Development
Lead, coach, and develop Warranty Engineers to meet regional demand and performance expectations
Assess resource requirements and develop hiring plans aligned with the project portfolio and warranty capacity model
Oversee onboarding, training, and capability development to ensure the team is equipped to execute effectively
Governance and Execution
Regional implementation of Global Warranty Governance in close coordination with HDNU Organization; including standard work adherence, handover readiness, escalation, resource & cost management and associated metrics
Ensure timely, cost-efficient performance of Warranty execution across regional portfolio and support of punch list closure
Lead Warranty operational reviews across Services and HDNU Business Lines
Support customer-facing discussions for planning, execution and resolution of claims
Process Improvement and Standardization
Define and drive productivity and process improvement initiatives to improve execution efficiency and customer outcomes
Collaborate with Global and Pole Warranty teams to identify, share and implement best practices & drive process standardization across regions
Apply Lean principles to identify waste, improve workflows, and strengthen operational discipline
Data Reporting and Problem Solving
Track & trend reported warranty claims to identify defect recurrence, support RCA, enable problem solving and read across in partnership with other Functions
Drive data quality and discipline within warranty management systems to improve reporting reliability and analytics capability
Prepare and deliver operational updates, trend analysis, and performance reporting to senior leadership
Commercial and Cost Management
Establish and monitor warranty cost control mechanisms including budget tracking, forecast accuracy, cost recovery and productivity performance across regional operations
Partner with commercial organizations to integrate learnings from claim trends, execution challenges and contractual learnings into future bid development
Strengthen early- stage warranty claim assessment processes to improve warrantability determination, reduce non-recoverable cost exposure and ensure proactive customer engagement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the Power Generation Industry, preferably in services, warranty, field operations, or project execution
Desired Characteristics

Demonstrated ability to manage costs, forecasts, and resource planning
Warranty Management experience & strong commercial acumen
Field experience with gas/steam turbines, generators, or other heavy-duty power generation equipment
Experience with contract terms, cost recovery, and customer escalation management
Lean leadership experience with a track record of driving continuous improvement, standard work, and process efficiency
Servant leadership mindset with a highly collaborative approach and demonstrated ability to drive change
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
Data-driven decision maker who can act decisively in ambiguous and fast-paced environment
Use of AI-based tools to enhance productivity

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $119,600.00 and $199,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
