Web Designer
As a Web Designer (UX/UI) at FutureSight, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects for our clients and new startup initiatives, contributing to the creation of exceptional user experiences and visually stunning interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Most of the time, you will be working directly on client projects. As a multi-disciplined designer, you will be allocated with a specific project and will be responsible of creating an amazing user experience and visual design.
UX/UI Design: Create user-centric designs for websites, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to bring designs from concept to implementation.
Responsive Design: Ensure designs are responsive and compatible with various devices and screen sizes.
Visual Design: Develop visually compelling graphics and layouts while maintaining brand consistency.
UX Research: Conduct research and gather feedback to iteratively enhance and optimize designs.
Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually improve and innovate.
Establishing design guidelines, standards, and usability and accessibility best practices.
Supporting the other members of the production team.
Key Requirements
Proven Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects and a minimum of 4 years of experience in web design.
Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, WordPress.
HTML/CSS Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to effectively communicate with developers.
User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user needs into effective designs.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members and clients
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in ChatGPT and similar generative AI tools
Experience with AI tools for workflow automation and creativity (e.g., DALL-E, OpenAI API)
Nice to Have
Proficiency in the Polish language for effective communication.
A degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field.
