As a Web Designer (UX/UI) at FutureSight, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects for our clients and new startup initiatives, contributing to the creation of exceptional user experiences and visually stunning interfaces.
Work directly on client projects as a multi-disciplined designer
Create user-centric UX/UI designs for websites, ensuring seamless and enjoyable user experiences
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to bring designs from concept to implementation
Ensure designs are responsive and compatible with various devices and screen sizes
Develop visually compelling graphics and layouts while maintaining brand consistency
Conduct UX research and gather feedback to iteratively enhance and optimize designs
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices
Establish design guidelines, standards, and usability and accessibility best practices
Support other members of the production team
Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects and a minimum of 4 years of experience in web design
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, WordPress
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to effectively communicate with developers
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively
Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs
Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in ChatGPT and similar generative AI tools
Experience with AI tools for workflow automation and creativity (e.g., DALL-E, OpenAI API)
Proficiency in Polish language
Degree in graphic design, web design, or related field
