We are looking for an experienced Web Developer/ Front-End Engineer to join our growing team and drive important development initiatives related to our corporate website and other digital properties.

In this role you will offer your technical knowledge and expertise to help scope, plan, and carry forward successful web development projects in conjunction with various business partners.

You will:

  • Develop and maintain the front-end of our corporate website for optimal performance and user experience.
  • Be a key contributor in developing/ launching/ optimizing a new website and implementation of our new CMS.
  • Turn design mockups and/or wireframes into functional web pages.
  • Manage content using Sanity CMS, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and SEO best practices experience
  • Coordinate technical updates and bug fixes to maintain website integrity and security.
  • Lead cross-functional projects related to website development and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Write clean, maintainable code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement new features and optimizations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including brand design, corporate marketing, product marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, UX and IT, to creatively deliver the highest-quality web experiences.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and compatibility issues in collaboration with the IT team and ensuring all web content is accessible and in line with WCAG standards.
  • Test and optimize website code across browsers to ensure compatibility, fast load times, and overall performance.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in web development and front-end engineering.
  • Communicate project updates and challenges effectively to ensure alignment and transparency across teams.

You have:

  • 5+ years experience as a Web Developer or Front-End Engineer, with a focus on front-end development and coding.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular). React experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with Next.js
  • Experience with developing and maintaining Unit Tests.
  • Experience working with headless CMS platforms (Sanity preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of web standards, accessibility guidelines, and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Hands-on experience with project management, development, and tracking tools (i.e. Asana, Jira)
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever evolving growth-oriented environment.
  • Also nice to have: experience developing backend automation

$96,210 - $123,150+ benefits+ options
