Responsibilities
Clear understanding of Information Technology and IT processes
Consider dependencies to other global and regional projects
Support the Service Owner and stakeholders with tasks and approval
Analyze business requirements and processes to support infrastructure service design
Prepare and contribute to architectural quality reviews
Contribute to service strategy and architecture definition
Share best practices across teams
Identify and track issues in collaboration with other workstreams
Implement and optimize Data Center services and ITIL processes globally
Ensure data and information security in Data Center services
Provide timely reports (Status, Rollout Plan, Risks, etc.)
Manage client and stakeholder relationships
Coordinate with third-party vendors and external providers
Escalate issues as needed
Collaborate with a global virtual team (minimal travel required)
End-to-end responsibility for platform service delivery in assigned area
Technical Focus Areas:
SBC (Server-Based Computing): Citrix, Terminal Server
Web Technologies: Apache, IIS, Tomcat
