Your Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Clients: Conduct daily outreach using our membership database to understand clients’ needs and guide them through our benefit solutions.
- Provide Exceptional Service: Assist clients in understanding the value of supplemental benefits and ensure they receive personalized care.
- Maintain Ongoing Communication: Support clients throughout the enrollment process, providing updates, addressing concerns, and guiding them post-enrollment.
- Build Long-Term Relationships: Offer continued support by conducting policy reviews, updating beneficiaries, and assisting with claims.
- Ensure Compliance: Follow all regulatory and ethical standards for the sale and servicing of life insurance policies.
What We’re Looking For:

- Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience: While not mandatory, prior experience in these fields, especially within insurance, is a plus.
