What You’ll Do:
- Engage remotely with individuals and families to discuss their insurance needs and options.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process, providing expert advice and personalized assistance.
- Answer inquiries and address any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enrollment activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus.
- Proficient with computer systems and software.
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- Must own a Windows Laptop/PC, have internet access, and a working camera.
