What You’ll Do:

  • Engage remotely with individuals and families to discuss their insurance needs and options.
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process, providing expert advice and personalized assistance.
  • Answer inquiries and address any concerns or questions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enrollment activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus.
  • Proficient with computer systems and software.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and reliable.
  • Must own a Windows Laptop/PC, have internet access, and a working camera.
