  • Sales or customer service experience preferred; a competitive spirit is a plus.
  • Previous insurance industry experience is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Outreach: Conduct warm sales calls using our membership database.
  • Financial Assessment: Identify the financial needs of members and explain the benefits of supplemental insurance products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the application process, offering support, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates.
  • Post-Policy Support: Assist members after policy implementation, including beneficiary changes, policy reviews, and claims support.
  • Compliance: Follow regulatory standards and ethical guidelines in every interaction.
