Responsibilities:
- Daily Outreach: Conduct warm sales calls using our membership database.
- Financial Assessment: Identify the financial needs of members and explain the benefits of supplemental insurance products.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the application process, offering support, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates.
- Post-Policy Support: Assist members after policy implementation, including beneficiary changes, policy reviews, and claims support.
- Compliance: Follow regulatory standards and ethical guidelines in every interaction.
