Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Wholesale Lending Account Manager to join our team. This remote position will focus on establishing and nurturing wholesale lending relationships with Financial Institutions, Non-Bank Lenders, Certified Development Companies (CDCs), and Capital Market Platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wholesale lending and a proven track record of building and managing key relationships in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with Financial Institutions, Non-Bank Lenders, CDCs, and Capital Market Platforms to drive wholesale lending growth.
  • Business Development: Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale lending clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Servbank's wholesale lending products and services, including 504 1st TD’s, 504 Interim Loans, Conventional Owner User Real Estate and 7(a) loans.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including credit, operations, and risk management, to ensure seamless onboarding, transaction processing, and ongoing client support.
  • Compliance: Ensure all wholesale lending activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and best practices, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account activities, performance metrics, and market insights to management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale lending, relationship management, or business development within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing relationships with Financial Institutions, Non-Bank Lenders, CDCs, and Capital Market Platforms.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale lending products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for account management and reporting.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
