The Workforce Manager will play a pivotal role in forecasting staffing needs, creating capacity plans, and effectively assigning staff to various operations within the organization. This position requires someone with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to strategize and execute workforce management initiatives efficiently. Develop and sustain comprehensive workforce forecasts by leveraging historical data, analyzing business trends, and aligning with operational requirements.
Formulate capacity plans that guarantee sufficient staffing levels to meet dynamic business demands, taking into account peak periods, seasonal variations, and other pertinent variables.
Collaborate closely with department heads to grasp operational needs and synchronize staffing accordingly, fostering an agile and responsive workforce.
Facilitate a seamless transition for new hires who have completed training by strategically assigning them to operation department managers.
Oversee, audit, and ascertain appropriate staffing allocations per pod/husk, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Leverage workforce management software or tools to fine-tune scheduling, optimizing efficiency while mitigating instances of overstaffing or understaffing.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce management, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Implement and refine workforce management strategies to elevate productivity, curtail costs, and streamline overall operations.
Conduct training sessions to educate staff on effective workforce management procedures and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
Requirements
Proven experience (2+ years) in workforce management, capacity planning, or a similar role.
Experience in the BPO Industry as a Workforce Manager is a PLUS!
Proficiency in workforce management software/tools (e.g., workforce scheduling software, ERP systems).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing workforce challenges
A dual monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
