Responsible for auditing and entering invoices and credits Vendor accounts on a monthly basis
Maintains accurate records and control reports
Reviews invoices for accuracy, submitting for approval, and attaching appropriate documentation
Organize and maintain accounting files
Reconciles vendor statements, researches and assists with corrections of any identified discrepancies
Sends all disputed amounts found to Service Delivery Team for proper filing
Assists in documentation of departmental workflows and processes
Performs various clerical duties such as word processing, data entry
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

QUALIFICATIONS:

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Associate degree (A.S.) and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three to five years of field experience is preferred. Previous experience or exposure to the Financial Services industry is helpful.
LANGUAGE ABILITY: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATH ABILITY: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER & TECHNICAL SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of professional software programs; and have knowledge on applicable databases, systems and vendor software programs.
